Directions

  • Place lock assembly into a Pyrex Beaker and cover with #112 Ammoniated Ultrasonic Instrument Cleaning Solution.
  • Place Beaker into a positioning cover or an L & R Ultrasonic Cleaning System 2/3 filled with Instrument Rinsing Solution and cavitate for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove lock and place in Auxiliary Pan with Instrument Rinsing Solution.
  • Place Pan in ultrasonic machine and cavitate for 3-5 minutes (double boiler fashion).
  • Remove, let dry, and lubricate tumblers.
