DIAL INDICATORS, DIAL, PLUG AND THREAD GAUGES

Rough handling and hand cleaning of dial indicators, dials, plug and thread gauges can impair their accuracy and calibration. Cleaning with an L&R Ultrasonic Cleaning System will maintain accurate readings and add years of life to the units.

Directions

Place parts into basket and insert into machine 2/3 filled with Hydro-Sonic Cleaning Solution Concentrate Non- Ammoniated, Hydro-Sonic Cleaning Solution Concentrate or SF-50 Heavy Duty Solvent Free Degreaser Concentrate at the recommended dilutions (see product labels).
Cavitate approximately 5-10 minutes.
Remove and drain.
Rinse well under warm tap water.
Air dry or dry using warm forced air. Inspect. Reassemble.

Note: When cleaning dial indicators, remove bezel from front of gauge and 3 screws from back. Remove needle. Dial face may be left on if desired.
