#677 Waterless Clock Cleaning Solution

Developed for the heavier load demands of cleaning clock movements. Ready to use, waterless solution. For use in an ultrasonic cleaner.

Non-ammoniated cleaner specially formulated for cleaning clock components and movements.
For use in ultrasonic, vibrasonic and manual watch cleaning machines.
US Gallon = 3.8 litres.
This solution must NOT be used directly in an ultrasonic cleaning tank.
Only for use in an ultrasonic cleaner with positioning cover and pyrex beakers with lids.

Rinse with either 

#3 Watch Rinsing Solution, Ultrasonic Watch Rinsing Solution, or L&R Clock Lube

Specifications

Directions for use:

  • Do Not Dilute; this product is ready to use
  • To clean, place parts in accessory basket.  Insert basket into ultrasonic machine 2/3 full of #677.
  • Clean for 3-5 minutes, depending on volume and amount of contaminant to be removed.  For clock movements that are heavily contaminated, pre-soak in L&R Clock Cleaning Solution for approx. ½ hour.
  • After cleaning, shake parts to remove excess cleaning solution.
  • Place parts in auxiliary pan with enough L&R Clock Lube to cover parts.  Insert pan into ultrasonic machine and run for 3-5 minutes. 
  • Remove parts from pans and shake off or spin off excess solution.
  • Dry thoroughly with an L&R Dryer.
